Hello! Sorry for the confusion, but 1 container means you just need to have 1 full container of each ingredient on hand when you make this. This recipe is one of those recipes where you will start with a little of each ingredient and keep adding until you are happy with the taste. However, you will not need to use more than 1 container. Tofutti is a brand of vegan cream cheese. It can be found at most Whole Foods, online, and at most health food stores. I prefer this brand to any other. You can use whatever type of vegan butter you like. Hope that helps!
