Vegan Pie Crust

This is just about as easy as 1-2-3.  A simple pie crust for all of your quiche and homemade pie needs.  You can also use it for dessert empanadas!
1 1/2  cups AP flour

Vegan Pumpkin Waffles

Here’s something to warm you up on a cold winter morning.  These waffles are great for a vegan brunch as well! 
 
What you need:
 
2 1/2 cups flour
 
1/3 cup brown sugar
 
2 1/2 t baking powder
 
1/2 t  baking soda
 
salt, about half a teaspoon
 
2 t cinnamon
