Yakitori Tofu

Tofu recipes come and go, but here is a great spin on a Japanese-style kebab classic.  If you aren’t feeling the tofu thing, you can easily substitute with big mushroom pieces or tempeh.  Makes 12 skewers.
What you need:
1 dozen bamboo skewers, soaked overnight in water to prevent burning

Vegan Vegetable Tempura

Tempura batter is really easy to make, but make sure you eat the tempura as soon as you make it, otherwise its not hardly as good as it should be!  Also, make sure you cut your veggies nice and thin so that they cook thoroughly and evenly with the batter.
