Spicy Thai Satay Sauce

Here’s the recipe for that deeelicious peanutty dipping sauce that you get at the Thai restaurants!  Hooray!
 
In a blender, combine the following:
 
1 cup smooth peanut butter
1 bundle of green onions, chopped
1/2 cup cilantro
1 T soy sauce
juice of one lime
1 green Thai chilli, seeded
2 T coconut milk
